At Thunder Lizard we like to keep things very simple. Due to the nature of our products, mostly personalised, please expect two to five business days for your items to be made and shipped.
Should there be any issues or delays in the supply of your goods, we will be in touch via email. If you are concerned at any point, you should email hello@thunderlizard.co.uk, and we will help and support where we can.
Thunder Lizard shipping costs are weight and size based, and we opt for the most economical method that is tracked and insured domestically. Sometimes a bad calculation is made, which makes shipping more expensive when purchased via the website than was intended. When this happens, enjoy your partially refunded shipping, as we will return some money to you. We believe in fair pricing, and our shipping costs are there only to cover postage and packaging.
Domestic and International Shipping are via Royal Mail. Where we can, we offer tracked and insured as the preferred method, as we will not be liable for items that go missing in transit. If you opt to use a lesser service, you do so at your own peril, however we will help as much as possible.
Items shipped internationally may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. Thunder Lizard do not cover these costs and you will be liable for them.
Please reach out to Royal Mail to make a claim should any items go missing in transit.
