Each personalised koala soft toy starts as a carefully chosen plush that meets strict UK safety standards. Then he comes to me, and in my log cabin workshop here in Kent I add the personalisation, cutting the vinyl, pressing the name, checking the placement and the finish until it sits exactly right. If it is not right, I do it again. That is just how it works here.

This is not something made in batches. Every single one is made for the specific child whose name goes on it, wrapped with care, and sent out knowing it is going somewhere it will be loved.
